2. For the newly processed anilox roller, the printing speed should not be too fast and the service time should not be too long, so as to avoid the friction between the scraper and the anilox roller.

3. The pressure of the scraper should be strictly controlled. If the pressure is too high, the contact surface between the blade and the anilox roller will also increase, which will damage the anilox roller.

4. Select high quality blade, imported blade can reduce the risk, domestic blade in the use process is easy to appear gap.

5. Ensure the flatness and straightness of blade installation.

6. Ensure the use of good quality paper and paper surface dust removal effect.
